Practical information for choosing your T-shirt and understanding how your order will be produced and delivered.
01 · DELIVERY
Produced to order.
Each Oakenford T-shirt is printed to order in the UK. Production normally takes 3–5 working days, and UK orders are usually delivered within 5–10 working days from the date of order.
UK delivery: £3.95
Free UK delivery: orders of £50 or more after discounts
US delivery: £14.99
EU delivery: £14.00 to eligible destinations
Delivery prices above are in GBP. Where you shop in another currency, the converted delivery charge is shown at checkout. Free delivery on orders of £50 or more after discounts applies to UK delivery only.
International delivery
US and EU orders ship from the UK. Please allow for production as well as transit time. International delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance; any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Import charges: import VAT, duties and carrier handling fees may be payable on delivery. These charges are not included in our delivery price and are the customer's responsibility.
Where we deliver
We currently offer delivery to eligible addresses in the UK, US and EU. Available delivery options are confirmed when you enter your address at checkout.
EU delivery excludes Cyprus, the Canary Islands (Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, the Azores and Madeira. Other regional restrictions may apply; checkout confirms whether we can deliver to your address.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may take longer during particularly busy periods or because of circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived after the estimated window, contact hello@oakenford.com.
02 · RETURNS
Returns and refunds.
Returning an item
You have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know that you would like to return it. Once you have contacted us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You are welcome to try a T-shirt on as you would in a shop. If an item has been handled beyond this and its value has been reduced, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund. Where possible, please use the original packaging.
To arrange a return, email hello@oakenford.com with your order number. We will confirm the return process and provide the return address.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Where an order is cancelled under your statutory right to cancel, we will also refund the cost of our standard outbound delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, the additional amount is not refundable.
We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or acceptable evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, contact hello@oakenford.com with your order number and details of the problem. Oakenford will arrange an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
03 · FINDING YOUR SIZE
Standard tee sizing.
Standard tee · relaxed unisex fit
Oakenford’s current standard T-shirts use the heavyweight Stanley/Stella Sparker 2.0 supplied by Prodigi. It is a 215gsm organic-cotton unisex tee, available from XS to XXL (2XL).

Chest ranges are a fit guide. Centimetre values are rounded conversions of the inch measurements. T-shirt measurements may vary by approximately ±0.8 inches (about 2 cm) due to manufacturing tolerances.
How to choose your size
- Your chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
- T-shirt width (pit to pit): choose a tee that fits the way you like, lay it flat without stretching it and measure straight across from armpit to armpit.
- Body length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, beside the collar, to the bottom hem.
- Compare the garment measurements rather than relying only on the size label. If you are between sizes, choose according to whether you prefer a closer or more relaxed fit.
04 · CARE
Look after the print.
Wash similar colours together at 30°C. Wash and iron inside out, do not iron directly over the print, do not bleach and do not tumble dry.
